Professional Background

The Hometown Team is committed to providing you with an exceptional real estate experience.  Whether you are looking to buy or sell we have the background and knowledge to help make this endeavor a smooth one.  We believe that great communication and customer service are the building blocks of any good business.  We are here to help and are available when you need us.

Bill Martin, Sales Representative

With over 30 years as a business owner in the home remodeling and construction industry, I have developed a sense of what people are looking for in their Dream Home. I also have a thorough understanding of what homeowners will be seeking when purchasing their home. Is it well built?  Can we renovate?  What upgrades might cost? I have taken this unique skill set to my career as a Real Estate Sales Representative, which could prove invaluable for someone looking for a new home. With my years of experience as a respected home builder and renovator I continue to be committed to creating and maintaining excellent customer relations and negotiating the best possible outcome for my clients.

Sue Lambe, Sales Representative

With a Background in Office Administration and 6 years working as a Property Manager, I feel very equipped to help you find your next home.  I make a promise to my clients to always offer the best experience possible.  I am very organized and pay special attention to every detail.  Working as a Property Manager allowed me to work with many clients who were transitioning from rental properties to buying their first home.  I love the excitement and enjoy every moment in my role as your realtor.
