I am professionally interested in Multi-residential commercial investment property.
I own painting and landscape design companies (KANIWI) which allows me to provide these cross-referral services to my clients who are interested in making the right cost-effective enhancements to their properties which may affect the sale of their property.
I have technical background in Science and have a decade of experience working as a policy analyst for the Governments of Canada and New Zealand.
How do these skills generalise to my work in Real Estate? My statistical background permits me to easily analyse and interpret Real Estate market trends. This translates into assisting my Sellers in establishing a reasonable asking price which will obtain them the most money for the sale of their home, but will equally assist my buyers with avoiding paying more than the home is worth.
Basically, I'm an Outdoor Chick and Alpha to my Pack including Patrick (my teenage son), and Hutch, Harlee and Starla (Rotweillers). In our free time we enjoy walking, running, hiking and chasing golf balls (we're learning).
